1. Acceptance of Terms:

2. Products:

All products sold on thebetterlabel.com are food products subject to FSSAI regulations. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional data. However, product packaging should always be checked for the most current information.

Products are sold subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.

3. Pricing:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. The price charged at the time of order confirmation is final.

4. Orders and Payments:

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
In the event of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content on thebetterlabel.com — including text, images, logos, brand name, and product designs — is the property of Freshrooots Wellness LLP. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Freshrooots Wellness LLP and The Better Label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or any products.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the website.
Any products purchased through the website.
Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
