Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

3. Delivery Timelines:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad): 5–7 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7–10 business days
• Remote Areas & North-East: 10–12 business days
• Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to local logistics, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders of ₹899 and above.
• Orders below ₹899, ₹00 would be charged as shipping cost

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Issues:

• If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@thebetterlabel.com or call us at +91 88280 58027.
• For failed delivery attempts, the courier will typically retry once. If delivery continues to fail, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated.
• The Better Label is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
